Technically they do actually cover the seats. That's about all they have going for them. The front seats fit better then the rear seats and you can actually access your seatbelts. They back of the front seats don't come all the way down. Could've been easily fixed with a little extra fabric and a little bit of Velcro. The rear seats are laughable. By laughable I mean pathetic, cheap and generally just garbage. If you plan on ever having anyone sit in the back seat the first problem you will have is that they will definitely be killed in even the most minor of fender benders because all of your seatbelt buckles will be covered. Also, the actual seatbelts themselves. The next problem will be because the tension clips are such cheap plastic they will have definitely been broken off during installation when you tried to secure them to the seats so your rear seat, unbuckled passengers will probably have slid right off the seats along with your covers embedding their faces into the back of your headrests. The plastic clips are such soft, cheap garbage that any tension will break them. You could've just as easily made them out of a cheap base metal or use a quality plastic clip like every book bag since the beginning of time has done. If by some miracle you are left with one or two clips that survived the installation its because the incredibly cheap stitching on the nylon straps has failed you and just torn off completely from the seat covers, thus saving the incredibly cheap clips from failing. They might actually just be made out of hard bubble gum. Ok, so now you've managed to affix the covers to your car seats and after sitting in them once you get out and notice something, the snagged fibers in the cover. I installed these for my lady, get out after our first ride with the new seat covers and you would think that I had little metal clips all over my back that snagged the seat cover. I do not have such clips or buttons or razor blades on my back to explain how this could happen. Same with the actual seat cushion cover. Was it just on my side, NOPE! Hers too! She may be cold and prickly sometimes but she is not a porcupine or a blow fish. Same has happened to the back seats as well. The fibers in the cover must be so cheap that they are just breaking and unravelling. No one has ever sat in the backseat and they are not pulled tight so this was most surprising. If you've read this and still feel compelled to buy them don't. Instead, take the cash, set it ablaze and enjoy the few seconds of light and warmth you'll receive. It's by far the better value.
